Miss Schley County Sesquicentennial Pageant
On October 6th there will be a
Miss Schley County Sesquicentennial Pageant held in the old gym down town.
Contestants will be from 2
years thru 17 years of age. There will be different age categories.
Anyone wanting to enter should pick up an application form from Vicki
Wilder.

Window Contest
There will be a window contest among the merchants down
town and they will be judged by out of town judges . Windows should be
ready for judging by September 1, 2007. Contact Nancy Young for more
information at 937-2116.
Art Show
There will be a Art Show held in the Ellaville City
Center. Artist of all kind will be there. Everything from ceramics ,
glass, sculpture , wood, paintings , and photographs . There is no
entrance fee for artist or viewers . Contact Laura Orton at 937-
5615. Laura is chairman of the show .
Vendor Booths
There will be vendors as well and we're hoping for a
large turn out. If anyone is interested in having a booth contact Frances
Hunter at 937-2011 home or 937-2609 work .
Parade
Everyone from here and far away is invited to join in
our parade. Please contact Patti Wurtz at 937-2720 with questions or for
an application.
Entertainment
If anyone is interested in entertainment please

Also for Juke Box Saturday Night , Please
contact Kim Lawhorn at the florist or call 937-2701.
Juke Box Saturday Night will be in the high school gym
starting at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are $20.00 each. You don't want to miss the
show if you have never seen this group so get your ticket when they first
go on sale at a date to be announced. They will go in a flash . This is
the same group that has been down at the Rylander . So come one come all.
